Abstract Submission is Now Open

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: April 24, 2026

ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION DATE: WILL BE SENT ON OR AROUND May 1, 2026

Fee: No fee for non-industry-sponsored abstracts; $495 per abstract for industry-sponsored abstracts. At least one (1) author (or representative) must be registered for the in-person meeting to have their abstracts considered for poster display

All accepted abstracts will be displayed at the 4th Annual Pigmentary Disorders Exchange Symposium. Encore posters are welcome!

Topic

We invite all registered meeting attendees to submit abstracts for posters of their latest research on the following topics:

  • Medical and/or procedural therapies for pigmentary disorders
  • Studies addressing pathogenesis and epidemiology of pigmentary disorders

Submission Rules

At least one (1) author must be registered for the in-person meeting to have their abstracts considered for poster display.

Language

English (Must be submitted in a word or pdf document)

Authors

Full last name, first name, degree(s), and affiliations

BOLD the name of the Presenting Author and include the Presenting Author’s contact information

Character Count

Maximum of 3000 characters, including spaces

(not including the title, authors, or affiliations)

Section Structure

A “structured abstract” format is preferred

Sections marked as: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions

Citations

References must be included as parenthetical in-text citations first author, et al, journal and year ex. (Cruz D, et al. Blood 2012)

Figures and Table Count

Maximum of 2 relevant tables or figures (Please provide titles for each table and figure submitted).

Submit images as attachments and reference figure or table as an in-text citation (do not embed in the Word Document file)

Note: Abstracts containing non-generic drug names or personal patient information, or reporting studies with unidentified chemical compounds, drugs, or materials, will not be accepted.
