GOAL STATEMENT

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to identify the similarities and differences between early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This activity is intended for neurologists, primary care physicians, geriatricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be better able to:

  • Identify the differences between mild cognitive impairment and mild AD dementia
  • Summarize clinical data on the impact of early-stage AD on patient quality of life
