In-Person Rates

In-person registration fee includes: Meals as indicated on the final program agenda, conference materials to be received onsite at check-in, access to all general education sessions and sponsored presentations, access to virtual poster hall, and on-demand content available on 11/16/2021.

Cancellation Policy (In-Person Attendance): A full refund less a $50 administrative fee can be requested up to 30 days prior to the event start date. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and e-mailed to [ADD EMAIL LINK WITH EVENT TAG] prior to 11:50 PM PST on October 13, 2021. Registrations that are cancelled within 29 days of the event are not eligible for refunds. After the refund deadline date, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.

Requests to transfer registration to someone else must be made in writing and e-mailed to [ADD EMAIL LINK WITH EVENT TAG] prior to 11:59 PM PST on November 10, 2021.

Virtual Event Rates

Virtual registration fee includes: The complete virtual conference center with access to all live streamed sessions, virtual poster hall, virtual exhibit hall, digital conference materials, virtual networking forum, and on-demand content available on 11/16/2021.

(Purchasing virtual only registration will NOT gain you access to any of the in-person activities)
